Where do I get Trezor Suite?

Start from trezor.io/start and follow the official download links for your device. Check the web address carefully and avoid links sent by strangers.

02 / A NEW DEVICE

Should it come with a backup?

No. Recovery words are created during setup and shown by the device itself. If a card arrives with words already printed or written on it, do not use them; contact official support.

03 / SOMETHING FEELS WRONG

What if I see a seed prompt online?

Stop immediately. Do not type or share your recovery words. Close the page and reach Trezor Support by navigating to trezor.io/support yourself.
